What types of meats do you offer?

We offer a variety of premium meats, including beef, chicken, and pork. Our selection ranges from everyday cuts to specialty items, all sourced from our family farm with a focus on quality and sustainability.

Where are your animals harvested?

Currently our animals are harvested at 2 different lockers: Chenoa Locker in Chenoa, IL and Farmhouse Meat Co. in Carthage, IL. Both facilities are USDA approved.

How are your products packaged?

Products are either paper wrapped or vacuum sealed. Shipping will be in insulated boxes with dry ice and weigh 10 pounds or less.

Do you use antibiotics?

We only use antibiotics if absolutely necessary to treat a very sick animal. It's our goal to avoid any treatment if possible. In the last 3 years, we have not had to treat an animal that was being fed to be harvested. We also keep our animals hormone free.

What do your animals eat?

Steers are fed a corn based complete feed ration. Also included in the ration are oats and protein. Free choice hay is offered at certain points in the growth cycle of the animal. Hogs are fed a complete feed corn meal based ration.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Domestic orders shipped via Economy typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. International shipping times vary based on the method chosen (DHL Express or USPS).

Yes, we offer a subscription service for our predetermined boxes that makes it easy and convenient for you to enjoy our premium meats regularly. Choose from our selection of thoughtfully curated meat boxes, and decide how often you'd like to receive them—monthly or bi-monthly. Each box is designed to provide a variety of our finest cuts, delivered directly to your doorstep. Subscribing not only ensures you never run out of great meat, but also saves you time and offers great value.
